SENDING ARTWORK: Production ready artwork is required for imprinting. If you have your own artwork or logo, please send your artwork as a vectored file in .eps format. Please forward your artwork to art@rkjpromotions.com. If your artwork is not in this format, please specify and send what you have. We can convert most artwork into production-ready art. We will contact you with any additional charges this may incur.
LOGO DESIGN & CREATION: If you do not already have a logo or you are looking for a fresh look, we are here to help. Our services include logo creation and design at a competitive rate. Simply let us know that you would like for us to create a unique logo or image for you.
CANCELLATIONS: Charges for all orders are due when the orders are placed. It is the customers’ responsibility to be aware of all fees and production times. We do NOT have any cancellation fees provided that your order is cancelled any time BEFORE your authorization is given or BEFORE it goes into production and is actually printed. If the order is in production, then the customer is responsible for any screen or setup fees or for any worked incurred. Fees vary depending on the product ordered or service rendered.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction with your order. If there was a problem with your order due to direct fault of RKJ Promotions, we will resolve the issue promptly.
